Your CentraSight Support Network

We and your CentraSight Team are committed to ensuring that your experience with the telescope implant the CentraSight treatment program is as safe and comfortable as possible. At the beginning of the CentraSight treatment program, you will be assigned a team that will guide you through each step in the process. In addition, you will work with a CentraSight Care Manager, who will serve as your central point of contact.

Your caregivers, including family members and friends, are an important part of your support network. Be sure that you involve them in your treatment, so that they know how they can help you. Your CentraSight Care Manager will provide your family and friends with the information they need to give you the support you need.
